Super cool!
🚀 Introducing

A Motion+ React component for making beautiful number animations. Based on @barvian.me's NumberFlow, this version is built entirely on Motion, so existing users can use it for just +2.5kb.

Nodejs running .ts files directly is useful even for projects that still retain a build step because those build scripts can more easily be written in TypeScript. Win win.

UX pattern I hope we’ll leave in 2024: 2FA that asks for your *phone number* and sends a confirmation code by *email*.

People don't pay enough attention for that sort of nuance. If you’re asking for my number, send me a dang text, otherwise I’ll be staring at my phone for 10 minutes.

Here's a dead-simple, 50-second tutorial on getting started with Vercel's AI SDK.

Planning on creating a video like this for each example in the directory I'm putting together (currently up to 20).

This week, I’ve been trying to figure out what the limits are, when it comes to SVG and Canvas. How many things can move at the same time before it becomes choppy?

I built the same UI using 3 different techniques, and ~60 people tested on their devices. The results are in 🔍
👋 I’m doing some tests around SVG vs. Canvas performance, and I need your help!

I’ve created 3 tests that render the same interactive UI using different techniques. Can you quickly tell me how they perform on your device?

Here’s the link, more instructions in thread:

The clawed footprints of a 30-foot-tall predator and the sunken tracks of other dinosaurs were discovered in England, in what paleontologists are calling one of the most significant finds in Britain in nearly three decades.
Dinosaur Footprints Found in England by Quarry Workers
The prints were made by both long-necked sauropods and a predator, megalosaurus, and were found in one of the largest discoveries in decades.
