I have gone through hundreds of movies for our Plex server, and this is far more true of Blu-Ray -> 4k than DVD -> Blu-Ray. Most Blu-Rays have all the special features that the previous DVDs did, while at least half of the 4k discs have ONLY the movie and leave the features on the Blu-Ray.
