in the last 15 years i've all but stopped with dvds/blu rays save for a few directors but criterion releases gives you even more incentive to - this Tarr blu ray has his whole-ass 1st film that's never been released as a bonus feature.

With the state of the world as it is, there is no better film i can recommend to you at this moment than Werckmeister Harmonies by Bela Tarr. Especially if you are a fan of Tarkovsky & Lynch.
This film is a fever dream of chaos in solitude, riots in peripherals, & confusion in repose.
