I don't have or want a TikTok account, and I think one should think twice before sharing their data on that platform. However, I don't support a blanket government ban. I do support employers banning apps as a condition of employment (which is already the case).

I use the paid version, but I am still flipping over to ChatGPT about 50% of the time unfortunately. Result quality dropped in #Copilot a couple of weeks ago. I have Cursor installed but I have barely touched it--will try it out in the new year.

Github #Copilot has become useless for me the past week--it had been doing really well. Lots of incorrect results and redacted results (w/o reasons why). Will give it another week or so before pulling the plug.

Exactly. Neither is a public square.
Twitter is a private site. When run by relatively normal people it had the First Amendment right to ban whomever it wanted to ban. Same story when it was taken over by a needy sociopath.
