I once got out of a stress dream like that (couldn’t pick an outfit for school) by taking an Ativan *in the dream*. The funniest part is that it actually worked, I found an outfit and woke up.

Went to handbuilding class and literally grated off extra clay from the rim of my Seder plate. Incredibly satisfying :D

My ability to mask has gone totally to shit; all my coping mechanisms are disappearing in a haze of overstimulation, sleep deprivation, and inability to leave the baby/not pump for longer than 3 hours.

I’m frustrated that I didn’t know I had ADHD till I was 8 weeks pregnant, because if I had known earlier I could have been on meds pre-pregnancy and then maybe I could have kept taking them postpartum. Instead I can’t start anything till I’m not exclusively breastfeeding.
