it frankly is kind of taboo to discuss these questions on the left, but this piece also doesn't get into the actual most promising policy ideas (limiting smartphone and social media use to the greatest possible extent) www.npr.org/2026/01/12/n...
As birthrates tumble, some progressives say the left needs to offer ideas and solutions
The US and other countries face aging, shrinking populations. Conservatives have shaped debate over the issue. Some liberals say it's time for progressives to weigh in.

The best way in the pursuit of things in life is to strike a balance. That is why I always try to oscillate between X and Blue Sky platforms to get a rounded picture of anything, including American politics. X will turn everything too RED, and Blue sky too BLUE.

I need a balanced view.

The best way to understand world realities today is to see it from two angles; the angle of X and Blue Sky. There are, I believe, a truth in many things said on both platforms, but, certainly, there are lies too.

Relying only on either one of them will end up in TWISTING reality.

Agree.
Threads is an echo chamber on the left, Twitter on the Right, I hope this stays a sane normal place where some disagreement can be politely explored. Too much to ask??
