In the driving game of chicken, odds are that someone will pull out, or they just crash - max hit being both speeds added.
For crypto, the odds keep growing for as long as there's someone willing to put their money into it to keep calling chicken. The size of the crash grows proportionally. Lunacy.

4. Mix commercial, social and affordable housing in a dignified way, effectively creating a "pay as you can afford" solution where nobody knows the status of their neighbours (Vienna style, it works!). All tenants have the same rights - and obligations!

Once upon a time he had the balls to ban smoking in the workplace, a very controversial decision at the time that had governments all over the world raising eyebrows and eventually following suit. Looks like he's just a shadow of himself.
