I care deeply about public ed. Always have, always will. During my time in CCS, I served as a Student SB Rep. As a 1st year at UVA, I was appointed by VA Gov. Northam as a member of the first VA African American Advisory Board, where I co-chaired the education subcommittee.

As the only Gen Z candidate on our local ballot, I’m disheartened by the continued vandalism of my campaign signs. Nevertheless, we persist. My heart remains grateful for the outpouring of support I’ve received thus far. That carries me through each day.

The first Listening Table is this Sat, Sept. 27 & has ALL CANDIDATES for Cville City School Board + the sheriff (unopposed)! Come ask school board candidates about police in our schools. And anything else on your mind! And let's make sure the sheriff hears how we feel about ANY cooperation w/ ICE.
