Gavin Brindley says on SiriusXM NHL that he knew within two weeks after moving to Colorado and interacting with other Avalanche players that he wanted to be there, which made it easy to sign his new extension. Loves the team and the organization.

I know Blackwood missed a lot of reps being out for the start of the season and training camp, but this isn’t the way to get them for him.

3-0 win but Ugly. Clumsy. Painful. Except for Blackwood who was (thankfully) back to his beautiful self again. Burns started us off great but Blackie helped us hang by fingertips
