Barn in Charing, Kent. An aisled barn dating from the late 15th or early 16th century. The crown posts of the roof have not been shaped to a square section. Drawn in about 1988 when I lived in Kent. It was later converted into a house.

the sketchup model is too heavy for me to use practically but they also provide a Rhino3D that's supposed to be accurate in all known measurements that saves me cloning it. The elevation is slightly different to the sketchup one, as can imagine if you go through all the different sections there are
Two versions of Old St Peter's, a long double-aisled basilica with a high transept. Rhino3D model, by Luo Xuan on L, to sketchup on R. I haven't changed them from their original dimensions from importing them from their respective files. The Rhino model has no roof coverings, just the exposed trusses, and is lower in elevation in all elements. frontal orthographic view. The Rhino model is lower (including the window heights) even though the plan is the same. The south nave wall is also out of plumb on the Rhino model by about 2 m due to documented deformation from the 1550s.

The remodelling involved demolishing the original 1090s crossing and ambulatory E end to make the nave into a new mini-monastic church, with a new (rectangular!) crossing tower over a bay of the old nave. The big buttresses on the E wall encase the old masonry of the original W crossing piers
Original Romanesque 1090s cathedral priory church ground plan build superimposed over current view. The length of the E end was limited by the proximity to the banks of the river Avon, and also may have exacerbated structural issues. Wireframe reconstruction of the 1090s E arm demolished in the first decade of the 16th century, with apses off the transepts and three radiating chapels after one short bay. The church to the W would have just been a long aisled nave.

The church exterior is mainly in the Decorated style, with some early Perpendicular features in the south aisle west window, east window, and south transept window. It has a cruciform plan with a 4-bay aisled nave, north & south porches, transepts, a 3-bay chancel, and a central tower with spire.

One of two barns at East Riddlesden Hall near Keighley, the Great Barn is a fine example of a northern aisled barn dating to the 17th century. it is a late example of a local building tradition with its internal timber frame roof structure and its plan form

I disagree strongly with this take. It might have been valid when Tea Party came in 2010. But Jan 6 removed any doubts about intentions. We elected Biden admin to deal with it and it across-the-aisled itself into abject failure to do so.

Next up Ripon! Not because in 1836 it was 1st church in England to be elevated to cathedral for 294 years, but because I count 3 York archiepiscopal minsters as cathedrals.
Some of the best surviving Early Gothic in England (c.1180), the bits didn't fall down anyway. One of my v favourite buildings.
The surviving c.1180 bays of the east arm on the N side (the other side was crushed by the collapse of the central tower to the SE in 1450). A masonry vault was intended but abandoned by the time the clerestory was built. The current timber vault was 14thc and heavily restored by Scott in the 1860s. The second storey would have been a wall passage but when the aisle roof was dropped in the 1660s it was glazed. To the right are the E bays that replaced an eastern ambulatory bay from around 1284 due to subsidence of the E end. In front of the elevation are the medieval canons' choir stalls which are inscribed with dates of 1489 and 1494. N transept E elevation. The aisle opening is heavily encroached by the encased NE crossing pier after the 1450 tower collapse and the high arch to the choir aisle filled in. Again signs of planning a masonry high vault then giving up on it when the Archbishop was declared intestate and the canons never got his pledged funding. The unaisled nave elevation of wide bays (glazed) and narrow bays (blind) with generous wall passage preserved against the c.1233 W towers built under Archbishop Walter de Grey. Possibly a chance of plan because it made the central tower wider on the W side (almost certainly why it failed in 1450), it showed allegiance to the cathedral at York which was unique among 11thc Anglo-Norman cathedrals for its massive unaisled nave. Alas Ripon's nave was replaced with aisled structure c.1503-21. Plan of Ripon with Early Gothic building (1180-) highlighted in green with thick line for high roofs and thinner for aisles, and red for the 1450 tower collapse.
