Having to drink low alcohol ADnam's Ghost Ship these days. Not bad, but not the same, sadly. As I have had liver disease (non-alcohol relatred) and a transplant, and I am hopoing to work with the British Liver Trust and out of respect to other sufferers and donors, I have decided not to drink.

Adnam's "Ghost Ship Beyond the Pale Ale" is a well-balanced pale ale. Fairly malty, a bit hoppy, and it has some really bold citrus notes to it.
All that said, I love the strong notes of elderflower and gooseberries. This is the reason why your father smells like elderberries. Big recommend.

There are some quite good ones now. One of the best that I've tasted is a 0.5% version of Adnam's Ghost Ship.

Enjoyed the walk up to the Woodman. This pub holds a special place in my heart as my mum and dad had their wedding reception here back in 1966. Toasting them with Adnam's Broadside. Cheers!!

Next stop on the Barley trail is the Rumsey Wells and Adnam's Mosaic Pale Ale. I always enjoy an ale made with Mosaic hops, and this one, as you'd expect from this brewery, doesn't disappoint.

Not coeliac but I do enjoy GF beer, it seems to have much less of an effect on me. Really like Adnam's Ease Up and Jiddler's Tipple for something light. Have you tried it?
