Nottingham Forest FC, şok ayrılığı resmen duyurdu. Kulüpten yapılan açıklamada, üst üste gelen hayal kırıklığı yaratan sonuçlar ve performansların ardından, Teknik Direktör Ange Postecoglou'nun görevinden alındığı doğrulandı.
Nottingham Forest yönetimi, Avustralyalı teknik adamın görevine son verilmesiyle ilgili detaylı bir açıklama yapmaktan kaçındı.
Kulüp tarafından yapılan kısa duyuruda, "Kulüp, bu aşamada başka bir yorum yapmayacaktır." denilerek konuya ilişkin sessizliğini koruyacağı belirtildi.
FENERBAHÇE'DEN DE TEKLİF ALMIŞTI
Tottenham ile UEFA Avrupa Ligi'ni kazanmasına ve takımın kupa hasretine son vermesine rağmen Postecoglou ile yollar ayrılmıştı. Bu dönemde Fenerbahçe ile de anılan deneyimli teknik direktör, sarı-lacivertli kulübü reddetmişti. Postecoglou görevinde sadece 39 gün kalabildi.
