thank you! I had a bunch of ginger on hand, peeled it, threw it in the blender with 1 cup of water then poured that in a pot to simmer for 20ish minutes. Strained it and put it back in the pot with equal parts sugar, stir til the sugar dissolves and let it simmer for a few mins. #blackherbalism
