Charlie Angus, although an absolute shoo-in for reelection, bailed when he thought the CPC would win. Now? Just a resistance grifter. The separatist movement is barely a blip and will fail miserably.

A small 'blip' in your own universe...a thought, out of nowhere. I would be embarrassed to share. People would think me foolish. But you DO share, and suddenly you realize that there are now two 'blips'...and counting!

watched an ep of this on yt and it perfectly captures why this shit will never work - it's nothing. there's a part of your brain that may even admit its impressive tech-wise, but it is fundamentally void. there is no part of you actually captured or engaged. its a blip. it can never haunt you

I keep reminding myself that it’s barely a blip in the overall scheme of what’s been inflicted on ED

but as an Occasional Administrator Of Public Programs their delay can make me a lot of cranky 🙃

Also apologies to everyone. The crippling ADHD and the stress of the world and current events may make me occasionally blip away awareness on our posts.

Pleaseeeee feel free to poke me or tap my shoulder if it seems like I've forgotten. I promise it's not intentional. x.x

Gosh. Gameplay wise. I want mini games. I like the little puzzles and side content.

But God, DT's push towards super fast movement with rigid mechanics with zero room for mistake recovery is awful. The fights are creatively designed but crumble apart in high ping or just a blip in focus.

The seizing and extortion of voter registration data is so underwhelming with folks…not even a blip on the “red flag” radar.

I got a thousand different reasons to blip genAI out of existence and do amoral things to those who'd profit by its bubble bursting
but my personal, extra petty one is very specifically the expected workload that we're expected to handle in the comp-sci classes of my university increasing

I’m very sad about this. The intersection of wolves, bears, and humans is in a difficult place right now. Part of the reason this makes me sad is because this story will remain a blip, a passing thought, as our attention is required to fight bigger fights right now.

Poacher illegally kills prominent wolf from Yellowstone's most viewed pack: Officials
A prominent wolf within Yellowstone's most famous wolf pack was illegally killed just outside the park last month, according to officials.

the 'routine' self help news blip has been coming up a lot over print, radio, TV. cool to push to psychos trying to muscle through fascism that also pay or belittle others to pick up after them.

The above article was posted on the USCCB website.

Back here in "Avignon-by-the-Bay" the AdOfSF website reflects a world where Pope Leo does not exist and the violence in Minnesota doesn't cause as much as a blip on the screen.

It will be a 'blip' with an asterisk if/when Americans come to their senses and kick the bastards out and elect leaders who are ethical and not just into the job for self aggrandizement.

I'm just a simple country moron but I watched a video where the guy argued that home users are barely even a blip for Microsoft and they're mostly concerned with steering everyone towards their cloud services and all of that. I choose to believe this is all talk and they won't change a thing.

A portrait of Kagy (Kathryn Guilty) a little known character from my Natch Verse. She had a very small blip of activity on BlogSpot.

No, that's not her real hair color. Or her real name.

Here's 1 of 3.

Post‑CHIPS Act: U.S. manufacturing construction tripled. Annual spending ~$200–235B by 2024–25—driven by the CHIPS & Science Act, IRA tax credits, and post‑COVID reshoring. The surge began before funds flowed, signaling structural change, not a blip. 📈🏭 #CHIPSAct

...I'm having the idea that the stagnation that's existed since the 2000s also created the idea that there is virtually a catalogue of all that's existed since then.

There was no longer a such thing as something that only existed for a blip of time.

Agreed. “Changed” - or even “reverted” - seems better to me. I think the essay’s use of the descriptor “sci-fi” is telling - the ray-gun version of the speculative was itself perhaps a blip in the wider tradition, an accretion now being accreted upon, rather than the thing itself to be supplanted?
