Its like one moment you feel ok and youre in touch with reality, and the next you’re like “what did i say there? Makes no sense!”

I had my first surgery on thursday but they knicked a blood vessel, so then i was hemorrhaging the rest of that day and all night.

Emergency repair next morning.

a slightly angled "imposing" upward view of some trees on a hillside, with a white sky and background partially due to the fog, partially because the lighting has been turned up, giving the scene an ethereal, "fantasy" feel the same angled "imposing" upward view of hillside trees, this time with much darker lighting, still blank sky and background due to the fog, but a much more ominous feeling a very light-washed (and nearly monochrome) vertical view straight to the top of the foggy forest, with one very young sapling horizontally jutting across the scene, displaying a structure that reminded me of blood vessel tributaries in the human body an angled view upward from the base of a single tree with dozens of branches jutting out along its entire body like defensive reinforcements on a fortress
