This sounds pretty bad. All the SF permitting is gonna go through software that was rated poorly after Mayor Lurie's deputy overrode recommendations to use a vendor with ties to Lurie.

Across the categories, Clariti scored an average of 4.42 out of 5, while OpenGov scored 2.88. A third company, LeapThought, scored 2.5.
