I've nearly given up on "art" being a viable career, but I could never stop making. It's what I do. Who I am. I hope that things get better for creatives at large in the professional space going forward, but I think we're all going to have to change how we intersect with it.

I remember creatives defending their positions of authority on the premise of fun purely through THEIR feeling.
Then we got into articulating it a bit better. Fun means a lot of things whether you're playing Tomb Raider or Siege. Are there gameplay loops in those? Yes. But that's not all there is.
