The story asked: Can vulnerability be a source of strength? Power exchange becomes not just erotic, but a way to rebuild trust and reclaim agency. I also loved that the story embraced the mythical and impossible as pathways to transformation. I also loved that this was a story about destiny colliding with autonomy, transformation reshaping identity, and intimacy becoming both a risk and a path to healing. A lot of emotions and feelings were in the story, especially from Lawrie, who had the most changes to get used to. Easy to read, feel and understand.
