Today is a Stronglifts rest day so I did a little circuit 50kg on the sledge 40m and 54 kg Farmers carries. Then dips, pull ups and repeat x 5. Then a 15m shuttle run test. #GymSky #FittnessSky

Great morning in the gym today got my PB on incline dumbbell press and felt strong the only downside was by the time I got to biceps I was pretty much spent. Saying that I gave it my best. #gymsky#fittnesssky#fitover50sky

After this weekend's lackluster 14k run I'm determined to stay regimented in my training. Next up: Thanksgiving 10k. Goal is to run the whole thing without walking. The secondary goal is sub 1 hour. #fittnesssky #Runnersover50

Run/walk intervals of 4 min run and 1.5 min walk x6 on the treadmill. It was surprisingly hard. When I got on the treadmill my watch told me it was a recovery day and I should take it easy. 😒
