Ah so I thought about this too once, and my conclusion is that it's a decorative flair that's not part of the blazon because on Ishgard's coat of arms with all the High Houses it's just the unicorn head.

Tini and Artoirel have come a long way. When she first met him at the beginning of Heavensward, she thought he was a "stick up his arse noble" who just wanted to get rid of her. But he earned her respect by the end of her stay in Ishgard.

In Ishgard, she's ended up with three knighthoods (one from the Knights Dragoon, one from House Fortemps, one from House Haillenarte) so she'd probably be introduced as Ser Apollo Celeris or some variant thereof.
