Noted that D1 was the TD&W's first diesel locomotive, of which they wouldn't get a mainline capable loco until th 50's.

Played around with some sculptamold and static grass on the layout tonight. Think the grass is the right height for a pasture? #modeltrains #modelrailroad #modelrailway #hotrains
Putting the sculptamold on the foam, not sure if I like it better than joint compound but we will see. Smoothed out the hill on one side and applied grass on the other Moo Where buildings will go when completed.
