HollowKnights自体はすっごく革新的で美術的な観点から見ても百万点の作品なのよ、メトロイドヴァニアやりたいって知り合いがいたら2番目に勧めたいぐらい高評価なの

だけど白の宮殿からいきなりイライラ棒のクソステージ化したのは流石に擁護できない、一度失敗したら駄目っていうのを何度も何度もやらせる前提の設計が許されるのって短時間挑戦形式のボスバトルだけだと思う、ステージ自体で過剰にプレイヤーを〇す前提設計は高難度じゃなくて理不尽、開発者だけが気持ちいいだけ

私はやらないぞって肝に銘じてる

Not a game designer, idk ‘bad’ but “this is tough fine” but “this tough part requires me to redo tedious/easy part to try again” dislike. few “boss after gauntlets” moments in silksong (and generally bosses requiring bench travel) count. Hollowknights 2 pantheons w new bosses at end worst example

I think it depends on why you didn't enjoy hollowknight.

If you disliked hollowknight due to the difficulty you'll hate silksong. But for any other reason they've fixed pretty much all of hollowknights flaws
