#IAGD
Had a great time at GSA with the geo community! But I definitely need to clarify that I have not been director of (or active in) the IAGD @accessiblegeo.bsky.social since January. The current executive committee can help with info, networking, and connecting with the org.

Happy Disability Pride Month!

Disability is diversity.

Disability is identity for many.

Disability is/can be a source of pride regardless of if society's values imply the opposite.

We don't have a booth at AGU, but you can still get some of awesome stickers, including our cool new badge button stickers by finding IAGD folks at the Inclusive Science reception on Monday, at Pod 5 at 1:30pm every day of the conference, or by waiving us down in the hallway.

Take-away #2: Sustainability is rarely emphasize in field courses. But frequently-used sites are being degraded. Think about what your field location will look like in 5, 10, or 50 years from now if everyone used the site the way your group does?
