Multiple welcomes for UK at @UNESCO as one of three new signatories of the #ICHConvention along with Libya and San Marino, now 183 countries signed up. @dcms @culturescotgov. Pleased to meet with NGO colleagues from 🇳🇱 + 🇫🇮 so far.
