So Elder Scrolls Online was originally supposed to introduce us to the Lilmothiit of Black Marsh as a new playable race, a fox like beastial race presumed extinct in lore by the time Arena rolls around, but they were cut from the final game.

He is essentially my Elder Scrolls universe OC after all, so of course he might sometimes end up...inconvienently huge 😋 Til Bethesda gives us the Lilmothiit for real like we could've gotten in Online this will be the next best thing 😤

This got me thinkin' that I really do need to play this again. I accidently and irreversably sequence broke my last go through and made doing a majority of the story quests unfinishable. My gun wielding lilmothiit yearns for the spotlight again

my favourite thing about the unused lilmothiit concepts for ESO is that everyone always crops out the skyrim screenshots assuming they were edited onto it, as opposed to them being something that was very much present in corey loving's original upload of it

The playable Lilmothiit mod (the fox race that exists in lore in Black Marsh that got cut from playability in Online) is my fav character one, story wise I loved The Forgotten City and for just general buffonery I enjoy the official Arquebus mod (essentially an honest to god gun).

🍋🟩 To be fair, the Lilmothiit (or however it's spelled) quite possibly could be entirely alive and well. The mages guild person who wrote about that did so before they actually even went to Black Marsh, and for all intents and purposes the claim is unsubstantiated.

Hrmm, yeah, that doesnt sound great; maybe I'll just wait to port some of the OG Oblivion mods first (I pray that someone makes a remastered Lilmothiit mod) ; thanks for the heads up!

They are called the Lilmothiit and most Elder Scrolls games have mods for them. They're just foxes.
