Lucian is basically if the Emperor started out by trying to create the 40k Imperium in 30k, but kept telling Malcador that *of course* he doesn't like being worshipped as a god, and doing all the theocracy, genocide, ignorance and endless suffering, but it's all *necessary* for the greater good!
My favorite part of it so far is highlighting how *precarious* the Imperium was as an authoritarian empire. Once Big E was enthroned, and Malcador gone, there was no contingency. It was everyone scrabbling to claim power, just as has happened in our own history when dictatorships fall.

Temu 'Malcador Infernus' super heavy tank. Almost as large as a Baneblade. The build was very easy but the detail is still quite good. I switched out the bullshit sponson twin linked lascannons for heavy flamers and added a pintle heavy stubber and a tank commander.
