Every time I view my grocery bill, only the items NOT on the zero rated scale are taxed, i.e. milk, bread, fish, fruit, meats, etc., are never taxed.
When I review my weekly grocery bills, I average about $3 to $7 tax on items that are not part of the zero rated scale
