Ok ... so these are frightening times... but this still feels like a great Inciting Incident for a #NightsBlackAgentsRPG heist scenario.
I'm so curious about the logistics of this.
Will the transfer largely be an ownership transfer between gold stored in different places, or will ingots get physically moved across the Pond??
