It's NitroDeck by crkd. I've been using Split Pad Compact before and while it worked well enough I found the joycon wobble frustrating. NitroDeck is one solid body so nothing moves. Though it is significantly heavier, I noticed my wrists getting more tired during longer sessions.

After having 2 pairs of joycon die within 2 years of getting my switch,i had given up on playing my switch in handheld until i got a nitrodeck a previous christmas and rediscovered how good it was to undock and continue gaming elsewhere.So believe me when i say it is painful to discover this flaw.
