The way the state system is trying to add OPMs (outsource teaching) with the carrot "you can get paid to develop curricula without having to teach it" makes me think our union needs to be sounding this message louder

Ohio just cracked down on online program managers, or OPMs, shadowy third-party recruiters and program builders. Guardrails like the ones Ohio instituted can help stop abuses.
