#OttawaU
I was pleased to join researchers, community partners and people with lived experience at the #OttawaU Forum on Homelessness and Community-Engaged Research. These exchanges remind us how essential it is to bring diverse voices together to shape lasting solutions to #homelessness. –MJH

OCTranspo today summarized. Visited darling daughter in Montreal. Took 6am Via to Ottawa. 45 minute OTrain from Via to OttawaU then I walked 3km to work.
Tonight same OTrain delays. This time I saw it earlier and am riding 12 bus to Tunneys. Maybe 12 bus is the way.

I didn’t have a car in Ottawa, I walked, biked or used transit and could get anywhere. But parking on campus at OttawaU was so expensive none of the tenured profs drove in. My boss biked in from Chelsea, Quebec every day.

An OttawaU alum, living back in Ottawa. I’m from Toronto. I really like this city. It’s Toronto on Valium.

When I was at OttawaU 20 years ago several of my coworkers skated to work in the winter. It was the quickest way to commute for them (especially before the Corktown footbridge was finished).

We also skate to school, whether OttawaU or CarletonU.⛸️
