Today, we explored some of #Hiroshima city but spent most of our time in the #PeaceMemorialPark and a harrowing tour of the #PeaceMemorialMuseum

We both left the Peace Memorial Museum in tears after hearing the horrific individual stories of so many of the survivors

This evening we have arrived in #Hiroshima. We have some basic accommodation tonight but we have a view of #TheAtomicDome in #PeaceMemorialPark
We had a walk over to the park at sunset to see the ruins of The Atomic Dome. Tomorrow we will have a full day of exploring.

昨晩灯籠流しのあった元安川と原爆ドームに立ち寄りました。
昨晩通ったルートや、公園内を歩こうと思いましたが、ここに来た時点でとんでも無い暑さなのでやめにしました。💦💦💦
