The Plymouth Brethren Christian Church’s charitable arm, the Rapid Relief Team (RRT), has launched a legal SLAPP action against Cheryl and the Get A Life podcast. Filed in California, the lawsuit accuses Cheryl of copyright infringement over RRT’s “Cookie Bird” cartoon mascot.
