Today feels like a non-cooking Tuesday as I only warmed up a 2nd serving of rabbit w prunes & cook some potatoes!
75% of household chores are done by women here.

After yesterday’s exertions with #1Daughter & #2Granddaughter coming for lunch, I opted for a classic Sunday lunch.
Rabbit with prunes (2 Westmalle Dubbel trappists!) + croquettes.

Quite a storm last night but mostly dry today, 15°C.
Lunch is stewed rabbit leg w prunes, a simple endive salad + croquettes.
Delicious ‘18 Château d’Ercole, St. Émilion Grand Cru. Dark fruit, velvety, molten tannins. 90-92

Lunch is superb rabbit with prunes (just 2 legs!) w fresh endive salad + croquettes.
Pairing w Lapa Reserva (Touriga Nacional, 14%ABV) was one of my better decisions!

I love no-cooking days!
