#RosietheRunt discovers a new walkie park. She did two miles, pulling just about the whole way with excitement.

Up at the park today, average pace was 29 minutes per mile.

Without the dog, I'm at 17minutes per mile. What a difference a nose makes.

#RosietheRunt is a smart pup. She's figured out that my LaZBoy and my electric blanket is where she wants to be at night. Me, Rosie, and Zelda.

#RosietheRunt loves to share her personal dog park with son's big dog. When Rufus comes for a visit, both dogs get a great workout (and sleep very well that night). Rosie doesn't understand "fetch" and just wants to run, run, run.

Took pity on #RosietheRunt and got her a proper stick. Life is good.

#RosietheRunt (7 1/2 months old) was spayed and wore a protective collar for 10 days to give her stitches time to work. The inflated collar design was a donut, and I took to calling her Sprinkles. Now the stitches have been taken out and Rosie is free to again roam her back yard untethered.

She sits. She stares at me. This is #RosietheRunt telling me in no uncertain terms that she would like to go outside now.

This is also the look that I've had myself since hearing that Matt Gaetz is nominated to be attorney general.

#RosietheRunt 7 months old, first fall. LOVES walkies at the park, even though today was a bit chill. What she doesn't love is gusty winds. Looking forward to pup's first snow.
