The Delhi government is going to launch Mahila Samridhi Yogna on the occasion of International Women's Day (Saturday, March 8). Under this scheme, qualified women will be given financial assistance of Rs 2500 every month. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will formally start this scheme, after which eligible women will be able to register themselves. After the verification of the documents, the government will directly transfer this amount to the bank account of the beneficiary women.
