Hm, maybe somebody had raised the them illegally and then set then free, and that's why they were so tame?

I watch @UrbanRescueRanch on YouTube and he said that that's a thing, and usually the reason when an ostensibly wild racoon is too friendly towards humans. 🤷🏼‍♀️
