日曜日の和食:
・生鮭の蜂蜜味噌焼き 柚子風味 株のロースト&トマト添え
・ブロッコリーのお浸し 生ハムのせ
・紫キャベツの甘酢 ピーカンナッツのアクセント

脂ののったタスマニアサーモンだったので、ワインはAntinoriの赤!🍷
最近はもっぱら玄米100%のごはんです
この週末、和食が続いたのでお夜食は軽くベーグルサンドがいいな...

お刺身用の鯛で蒸し物に挑戦してみました
基本的にお味噌汁/お吸い物と漬け物は家では摂りません

土曜日の和食:
・鯛の蕪蒸し
・栗甘露煮の炊き込みご飯
・黄色&赤ピーマンとお揚げの煮物
・イチゴとクレソンのサラダ

銀杏入れるの忘れた!
でも初めて蕪蒸しが美味しくできたのでAntinoriのロゼを開けました🥂
