Tickets are on sale for “The Ma & Pa Comes to Harford,” a Saturday lecture on the history of the Ma & Pa Railroad, which had a stop in Bel Air. The event starts at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, at The Historical Society of Harford County headquarters in Bel Air. Tickets are $15 per person. NOW that his romance with Serena Williams has gone south, randy director Brett Ratner seems to be settling
down with his former gal pal. Model Alina Pascau has been flashing a massive canary-yellow diamond
