CarSimulator のプレイがやめられなくなっている。V8エンジンをばらしながら「アメリカンカープラモと同じだ…！」などと感嘆しつつ、ボルトやゴムブッシュを抜き差しする日々。ちなみにこれは、「納屋」で入手した1969フォード・マスタング……によく似た「Salem Spectre Fastback」とそのV8 OHV 2Cabエンジンのレストア前の姿。DLCを除いて、デフォルトで用意されてる車はすべてノンライセンスのそっくりさん。
メカの構造はゲーム向きにカリカチュアされてはいるものの、エンジンヘッド内の16個のロッカーアームを丹念につけ外しする程度には、整備士の苦労を感じ取れる。
