#HurricaneMelissaRelief/Recovery #WCK #ChefsForJamaica Getting food to as many people as possible as fast as possible in the wake of the storm. Meals everywhere, food supplies where folks are still able to cook as well.
In the nearly three months since Category 5 Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica, WCK teams have been standing with Jamaicans as they recovered. Our efforts evolved to meet the needs of the communities we supported, but our goal to help families impacted by the storm never wavered. (1/2)

Just like with fishermen and farmers, our goal is to help local producers rebuild and continue their livelihoods. Projects like these help communities do more than recover—they help them get back on their feet, stronger and more resilient than ever. #ChefsForJamaica (2/2)

#HurricaneMelissaRelief #WCK #ChefsForJamaica Meal kits are several days' worth of the ingredients of good nutritious meals families can prepare for themselves. (The meal distribution centers are still supplying meals for folks who don't have a way to cook.)
On our first day of #ChefsForJamaica meal kit distribution, WCK stopped by Bogue Hill Infant and Primary School to supply families with ingredients they love. These kits, which include proteins, local spices, and rice, are a critical part of helping people cook again after Hurricane Melissa.
