The rule of law was already nullified. We don't really have a Constitution or co-equal branches of government, either. Republicans have destroyed all of that.

Who'll question which Scotus judges wrote the "unitary executive theory" and why would they not include any other considerations on its affects on the other two branches of government? Why no "unitary legislative theory" or "unitary judicial theory"? No "co-equal branches? Scotus looks corrupt.

i’m not sure why congress just accepts what the Roberts Court says. co-equal branches do not just always accept decisions from one branch of the government. why does the Roberts court thinks it is above all other branches of government? this criminal organization put themselves above congress.
