When you remove the ability to enforce the law, you remove the necessity to obey the law. That is a double edged sword.
Blanche broke the law when he published the names of the Victims. This “I didn’t know any better” or “We made a mistake” will never hold up in a Court of Law. Take them to Court, remove and sentence them for their crimes.
