#crime—both
Drug Wars and Lawn Mower and two text-based games worth looking into.

Drug Wars is a classic economic crime simulator.

Lawn Mower uses ASCII art to simulate a lawn you need to mow!

Both are short, fun and interesting games you can easily play in a browser today.

The Classic PC Gaming Era (1977-1989) - Drug Wars and Lawn Mower
Crime may not pay, but it sure is fun to pretend it does. And if you want to go straight, you can always mow some ASCII art lawns.

is having both animal ears and human ears on a character a crime?

Wow. Tie this to Trump and you've got him. Israel is a political hotbed. Both sides agree on this no-no. Trump family profits are given a pass, but not intelligence breaches with Israel. Maga won't like this. We've got the votes, impeach. Pick one of his crimes, it's a crime buffet.

Abuse of office and malfeasance are both reasonable synonyms.

On the other hand committing a crime in your purely personal capacity, not abusing any official power, would ironically be a high misdemeanor, not a high crime.

It was a term of art pulled from (already antiquated even then) English practice, but yes "high" modifies both words. A high crime is breaking the law (though not necessarily a criminal offense). A high misdemeanor is just... behaving improperly, more or less. And "high" relates to "high office."

The hair was the first crime! I really love it! It's both as close as I can reasonably get AND it's cool looking!!

What I've found with a number of crime novel series is that their US and UK editions (both found in Hong Kong) have different cover designs, and sometimes also titles too. Re Keigo Higashino (whose books I also am a fan of): "Death in Tokyo" and "The Wings of a Kirin" are actually the same book!

my HoF and Hawke are both so numb to traumatic life-changing events, they'd just go "yeah, this might as well happen"

but Hawke would probably become some sort of successful crime boss immediately

Too often the lesson that people take away from true crime is that “the person who had this awful thing happen to them did x, so I must make sure I don’t do x” which kinda comes out in the wash as both victim blaming AND an unhelpful anxiety in the world / stranger danger. That’s not good!

By not stopping known criminal activity they are both accessories to the crime. Get DJT - they are fruits of his tree.

Ah man it turns out wage theft cuts both ways. I see no crime here. If I’m press-ganged into working for the store, I’m applying my employee discount

Keep me posted. I want to hear your thoughts.

Task for sure had me hooked watching it weekly to see where the story was going to go. Very dark crime show but interesting because you end up rooting for both sides.

There is Only One Solution to end the War between Ukraine and Russia, eliminating Putin and his Organized Crime regime.
I believe that He should be considered a Terrorist by NATO and a Serious Danger to World Peace.
With Putin gone I believe the War would End and Peace a Reality for both sides! 🇺🇸♾️

Ok that’s true. She does.

But if a lesbian looking disrespectfully at women is a crime, then you gotta lock BOTH OF US UP!!!

then Eli and i will tunnel out of that cell with a cafeteria spoon. And the tunnel would be behind a poster of a hot lady.

Pegseth tries to have it both ways with war or no war. Either way it’s a war crime or murder so they’re guilty no matter which way it’s described and his arrogant attitude towards it is Ted Bundy like.

He got his marching orders from Trump. Both are criminals. Without a declared war these aren’t “war crimes”—they’re premeditated murder and piracy on the high seas. Under 18 U.S.C. §1651, piracy is a federal crime punishable by life in prison.
