We next used cryoCLEM to quantify the vesicle movement as it approaches the plasma membrane...surprise, it is not a linear movement! Multiplying the original cryoCLEM data that we had in the preprint, we found out that vesicles pause at 27, 18 and 5 nm from the plasma membrane

Last talk of the #CryoFIBSEMMethodsDevelopment session is "cryoCLEM FIB Volume Imaging: No-Contact Sample Transfer" with Abigail Lytton-Jean. A really elegant solution to sample movement around the #CLEM pipeline.
