Ernest Krähmer gibt hier in seiner Csakan-Schule den Lernenden eine Übung, bei der sie nicht nur besonders kurze Töne produzieren sollen, sondern auch noch in unterschiedlichen Registern des Instruments hin und her springen müssen.

Auf Einleitung, musiktheoretischen Überblick und Grifftabellen für den einfachen und den "complicirten" Csakan folgen 40 kleine Übungsstücke. Aus diesen Übungsstücken entstammt auch das hier dargebotene, in seiner Schlichtheit sehr schöne kleine Stückchen.

Auch hier kommt die F-Klappe des Csakans zum Einsatz. Eine Klappe, die den Gabelgriff der barocken Blockflöte in vielen Fällen ablöst und dadurch das Spiel erleichtert. Nur in besonderen Griffverbindungen bleibt auch beim Csakan der Gabelgriff eine Notwendigkeit.
