Wollte Deutschlandhaus und Grünen Bunker fotografieren. Ersteres hat sich gerade erledigt - Sonntags darf man da offensichtlich nicht rein. Bei meinem Glück ist der Bunker heute schon voll und Einlassstop.

Single-stair isn't the only reason why Deutschlandhaus mixes uses horizontally.
Germany also has strict daylighting req's, even for office uses. (I'm not sure of the specifics, tagging in @holz_bau @MarketUrbanism)
This precluded combination of the RES module w/ the O4 module.
