I'm also seeing if I can break the 1k energy pool barrier with my main gal Lettie by using Health Conversion to convert health orbs into more armor -> energy pool via Arcane Battery. She takes a little more time to ramp up to her full energy capacity with Energy Vampire but I think it'll work.

Bloodletting ensures that you'll always be at +90% energy to benefit from the ridiculous max 350% multishot from Overcharge. And since your survivability relies on energy, you'll never die even though your HP pool is in the double digits. Blood Forge instant reloads whenever you bloodlet too. :V

My current fixation is a low health energy tank build with Garuda that survives with Quick Thinking and a healthy amount of armor to power Arcane Battery so she can have an energy pool over 1k to utilize the new Primary Overcharge, which is really good on a lot of guns when you can reliably use it.

Data farms require lge amounts of energy & local resources like water for cooling data processors. The pool of workers they hire will not be enough to offset the resources they use or benefit communities. Energy costs will not drop but increase.
