Having had the misfortune of trying to interact with #EonNext to help my gf sort through the statements and invoices for her business I’ve never seen a more obtuse & badly thought out website.
It’s awful. Even something as simple as downloading multiple statements is unacceptably difficult to do.

Don't use Sainsburys Energy/EonNext. Had to waste a morning checking their working (on the final bill; now with Octopus) because they didn't bill us for 3 months then reworked 647 days of charges, all ex VAT, to "fix" it when 351 days had already been signed off by Ombudsman (with £150 compensation)

On the 12th Feb I paid a £250 deposit to get #solar panels from #eonnext On 18th Feb a surveyor came out, he told me I couldn't have them because my loft was messy and I have no membrane under the slates. They still haven't refunded my money and now they say it could be 10 more days #pisstake

I had been on an EonNext fixed deal for 2 years until the end of August 2023 Hugh, which I thought at the time was great, but that was 20p per kWh so for me the Octopus Tracker has been far better so far.
