Today is staying warm(-ish) so I took advantage to head out for an 8.8 km walk in #FishCreekPark

Time: 1 hr 40.
Calories burned: 580.

Wildlife: plenty of waterfowl, a couple of ravens (I think), 1 large (!) bald eagle, plus deer, bobcat and possible coyote tracks.

I’m gonna miss living here. 🙁

'Small' aircraft back&forthing at seemingly minimum height over CGY. In area of MacLeod Trail/FishCreekPark/SouthHeatlthCampus line in SE of city.
Already at least dozen passes at low heights.
Sounds like same 'light' plane.

On our visit to FishCreekPark, I see there's new wide asphalt path for a few blocks on east side of BowBottomTrail.
How did kids/cyclists handle that several block stretch before, when struggling to pedal down narrow, bumpy, dirt/grass, desire-path.
Still not adequate or long enough for area.
